After meeting with you and conducting a FREE 30 minute consultation to find our more about you, your health and fitness requirements and goals, I will then design an exercise plan specifically tailored for YOU. The exercise plan will tailored based on your individual profile (including your age, exercise history, fitness level, goals, medical history, etc.), we will make use of different workout types using a variety of equipment to get you results.  Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned fitness enthusiast , I have the solution for you. Everything you desire from a workout and what you should expect from an experienced Professional Trainer in Merseyside/Lancashire.

The sessions can be run anywhere: in the gym, at your home, outdoors in the garden or the local park!


Education

I will always work with you on achieving your outcome, but more than that, I will work for you to improve your life habits, so that at the end of the sessions, you'll get an education, better habits, and the awareness that a great health and fitness have to be a lifelong learning, rather than something that you do only for a fews week in a personal training plan.  Also lets have fun, if your not enjoying your training you will not be focused on your training.
