Martial Arts have been around for over 1000 years in many forms and used by many asian cultures as a way of health and fitness, longevity and a means of self protection.  We train our bodies to be a hardened weapon using all parts of the body depending on the particular martial arts style. Martial Arts combine nearly all effective types of work out, including strength training, cardiovascular endurance, agility and flexibility, into one umbrella philosophy for health and fitness and self proctection.

Roby Mill Tae-Kwon-Do, Upholland, Nr Wigan.

Mondays 7.00pm - 8.00pm & Fridays 7.30pm - 8.30pm.
 Our Roby Mill club was founded in August 2018 and has grown very quickly with a good standard of Tae-Kwon-Do and very enthusiastic students working hard with their training.  The club teaches Pil Seung Kwan Tae-Kwon-Do a freestyle version of Tae-Kwon-Do utilsiing training technqiues from both WTF and ITF Tae-Kwon-Do.
Self Defense training goes beyond typical Tae-Kwon-Do incorporating Hapkido and Restraints, we have many methods for fitness training and weight loss, making the classes enjoyable for everyone aged 6 - 85 years old.
Fees: £25.00 per month one lesson per week, £40.00 per month two lessons per week.

Carr Mill Tae-Kwon-Do, Carr Mill, St Helens.

Wednesdays 6.30pm - 7.30pm.

We are always on the lookout for setting up new martial arts classes, if you think there would be interest for a martial arts club in your community within the Merseyside, Lancashire and Manchester areas then send us a message.

We are launching a NEW!! Tae-Kwon-Do club in Knowsley Village, Merseyside, this club will run on Wednesday evenings 8.15pm - 9.15pm. Contact for more details.
