Martial Arts have been around for over 1000 years in many forms and used by many asian cultures as a way of health and fitness, longevity and a means of self protection. We train our bodies to be a hardened weapon using all parts of the body depending on the particular martial arts style. Martial Arts combine nearly all effective types of work out, including strength training, cardiovascular endurance, agility and flexibility, into one umbrella philosophy for health and fitness and self proctection.
