NEW!!! TAE-KWON-DO CLUB


On Monday 6th August we launched Innovation Tae-Kwon-Do club in Roby Mill, Up Holland.

The club will be training every Monday 7pm - 8pm at Jubilee Hall in Roby Mill. 

Tae-Kwon-Do is the world´s most popular martial art, an Olympic Sport and a great way to get fit, lose weight, develop strength, develop flexibility, develop self confidence, develop self awareness and learn those all important self defense skills. Oh, and did I mention its a great fun way to train and meet new people.

Tae-Kwon-Do develops an all-round healthy body and mind by teaching:-

Kicking Techniques (including spinning kicks, combinations and aerial kicks)

Strikes and Punches (learn how to use your whole body as a weapon)

Blocks (learn defensive moves to protect you)

Padwork (using Focus Pads, Kick Paddles, Kick Shields)

Self Defense (learn how to deal with a multitude of attacks, how to restrain someone)

Forms (set of movements to practise the techniques you are learning)

Sparring (not compulsory)

Fitness & Circuits (great way to tone-up, lose weight)

Flexibility (very important to helping the body maintain muscle tone and body movements)

There are opportunities for International training and seminars, rank testing for those who aspire to be a Black Belt, the club is a Black Belt Academy and with Master Mike who has taught martial artists from around the world you get first class martial arts training.

Classes are suitable for anyone aged 7 - 90 years old, Men and Women welcome, no experience is needed, no fitness level is required.
